About
Welcome to Fatima College
Principal: Mr Shad Seaton

Fatima College is proud to recognize, our newest Principal, Mr Shad Seaton, a member of the community whose journey with the institution began as a student in 1994 and continued until 2001. Eight years after graduating, he returned to the College in a new capacity, joining the teaching staff in the areas of English A, English B, and Religion.
Since returning, his contribution to Fatima College has extended beyond the classroom. Through teaching, he has embraced the opportunity to learn from students while also challenging them to grow into better, more thoughtful individuals. His commitment to education deepened significantly through the completion of a Post Graduate Diploma in Education, an experience that proved to be a defining moment in his professional development.
This qualification not only strengthened his practice as an educator, but also marked the beginning of a broader journey into educational leadership. Today, he continues to serve Fatima College with a leadership approach rooted in vulnerability, curiosity, mentorship, and a genuine commitment to the growth of both staff and students.
Vice Principal: Mrs Meera Moniquette

Fatima College is pleased to acknowledge an educator, academic, and cultural researcher who has served the College with dedication for the past 18 years, Mrs Meera Moniquette.
Throughout her time at Fatima, she has contributed in several important capacities, including a History Teacher, a Form Teacher, a Head of the History and Geography Department, a Coordinator of the Mayfair Lunch Stall, and most recently, Acting Vice Principal.
Each of these roles has allowed her to serve the College community in meaningful ways, while playing an important part in the growth and development of the young men entrusted to Fatima’s care. Her work reflects a deep commitment not only to academic excellence, but also to the holistic formation of students.
Guided by the belief that education extends far beyond academic achievement, she approaches teaching as an opportunity to build relationships, nurture potential, encourage curiosity, and help students discover the values and qualities that will shape their lives. She is passionate about creating an environment where students feel supported, challenged, and valued.
Through her service, she continues to encourage Fatima students to become responsible, compassionate, confident, and well-rounded young men who are prepared to make positive contributions to their families, communities, and wider society.
