Aviation Club soars!

On Friday, 12th May, the Fatima College Aviation Club, through the great mentorship of Mr. Christian Chacha, and the leadership of Nicholas Henry visited the UTT Aviation Campus in Camden Couva, marking the club's first field trip.

There was a great deal of enthusiasm among the students during the lecture by Dr. Kelvin Loutan Jr. and Mr. Trevor Benjamin on the facility, their history, and many other things related to aviation.

Students were allowed to enter these planes, and see first-hand the engineering that these massive structures go through that allows it to soar through the air.

They were also brought among current students pursuing their bachelors in aeronautical engineering, viewing some of their structures for their upcoming final exams.
